New Adventures
Welcome to the first Chic Travelista post! I am so excited
to announce my new blog and my new career!
As my bio says, I have a love for all things travel and I have been
planning trips for family and friends for years. I decided to take my planning skills to the
professional level and have begun working as a travel concierge for The Travel
Junkie in Wichita, Kansas. I will be
doing what I have always loved; planning VACATIONS, but now I just get to help
more people! Want to know one of the
best things in contacting me as your travel planner?? Free service provided to you, my client! You heard that right! It is just one of the
perks!!! So, unless you are like me and
love all the little, tedious details of planning vacations; and I am finding
most people don’t, it is a no brainer to have a professional travel planner help
with your next vacation, weekend getaway, honeymoon, babymoon, etc.

I want to use this blog as way to share my personal
vacations and travel experiences. I will
share topics about great places to visit, traveling fashionably, how to do
Disney trips, money saving tips, and how to fly with a toddler and to never do
so while wearing white pants. That will be a story for a different post.
Speaking of Disney, we are about to depart for another
Florida vacation. I have spent this week scrambling from the aftermath of a
garage sale, to prepare for our vacation.
As all you moms know, we not only cover the things we need for the
trip, but also what everyone else in the house needs. We pack for the youngest child
all the way up to the grown man child….the hubby ;) Just kidding…love you babe! My mind has had about 50 different to-do lists
running through it the past few days. Doing all
this while I have been quoting vacations for clients and I wanting to get my
blog up before we leave.

So here it is! Completely scattered and rambling, but that
is how my week has been. We are so EXCITED
to go to Orlando! This is Hudson’s second trip to Disney; however, I think this
is his first time to really experience the “magic” of Walt Disney World. We will have lots of time with family and
friends, pool time, play time, and of course a couple days at some Disney parks,
and even Sea World. I cannot wait to
show you all the pictures and to bring back lots of stories and tips! Here's to safe and happy travels!
Hope you all have a blessed weekend!
XO
Danielle
